As they opted for a contemporary coastal vibe on their duplex, interior designer Kate and Luke of Sydney Swans eventually decided to include a pool in the layout of the backyard they are building. As an astute designer and investor, they conducted meticulous research and noticed how duplexes with custom-designed pools were selling for a premium price. After working with the team at Blue Haven, the designers and the owners realised that the best place to install is against the dividing wall of the property, which also allowed them to maximise the remaining space.
