It’s no secret that the world is currently undergoing a seismic social shift thanks to COVID-19.

It’s during these difficult times that we each must take on our social responsibility to ensure the health and safety of one another because we are only as strong as our weakest link.

While we may not be health care professionals, we can all still make a difference in flattening the curve and taking care of one another.

In saying this, Blue Haven Pools is committed to you.

We are taking precautionary measures to ensure that you can continue to shop your favourite pools and accessories with ease.

Our entire Head Office and Branch teams are working every day and are available to answer all your questions as always.

Our Commitment To You

Our construction team will be processing orders and fulfilling contracts as normal and they will be implementing extra, precautionary in–house safety measures on top of our usual high standard of hygiene and safety.

For your safety, there will some minor changes in how you receive site deliveries and how showroom events are conducted.

Orders will be processed as usual but we will no longer require a signature upon delivery to minimise the risk of transmission.

Our showrooms are now by appointment only and these can be made by phoning ahead or emailing the request.

Don’t Forget Your Mental Health

Apart from your physical health, we also value your mental health and we understand how overwhelming things are right now.
